RESOLUTION NO. 73 -93 0
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT OF
WAY DEED EXECUTED BY ALVIN I. MALNIK AND
DEBORAH MALNIK, HIS WIFE, CONVEYING FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES AND
FUTURE HIGHWAY DEVELOPMENT A 15-FOOT STRIP
OF LAND ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF S.W. 27TH
AVENUE ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF COCONUT
AVENUE; AND DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI TO RECORD SAID DEED IN THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY.
WHEREAS, an additional 15 feet of land is needed along
the west side of S.W. 27th Avenue on the northwest corner of
Coconut Avenue for the construction of drainage facilities and
future highway development; and
WHEREAS, Alvin I. Mainik and Deborah Malnik, his wife,
have executed and delivered to the City a Highway Right of Way
Deed for the required 15-foot dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
accept the aforesaid Highway Right of Way Deed and to have it
recorded in the Public Records of Dade County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the May 21, 1973 Highway Right of Way
Deed from Alvin I. Malnik and Deborah Mainik, his wife, for a
15-foot strip of land along the west side of S.W. 27th Avenue on
the northwest corner of Coconut Avenue be, and the same is hereby,
accepted.

Section 2. That the proper official of The City of
Miami be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to record
the aforesaid Highway Right of Way Deed in the Public Records
of Dade County after affixing thereon the following, as required
by State law:
