A RESOLUTION ORDERING LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PHASE II SR-5377 S (sideline sewer)
AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION
OF THE COST THEREOF AS LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PHASE II-SR-5377 S (side-
line sewer).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That it is hereby ordered that a sanitary
sewer improvement identified as LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT PHASE II - SR-5377 S (sideline sewer) shall be made under
the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of the City of
Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to consist of:
Laying a 10 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the sideline of NW 17 Avenue from NW 64 Street
to NW 71 Street
NW 62 St. from NW 17 Ave. to NW 7 Ave.
NW 71 St. from NW 14 Ave. to NW 12 Ave.
NW 71 St. from NW 10 Ave. to NW 7 Ave.
Laying a 12 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the sideline of
NW 71 St. from NW 8 Ave. to NW 7 Ave.
NW 7 Ave. from NW 67 St. to NW 69 St.
Laying six-inch (6") cast iron pipe laterlas, as requir-
ed to the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the
above -mentioned streets, including the lots and parcels
of land described in Section 2 hereof; together with
necessary manholes, other appurtenances, pump stations,
outfall, connections to existing sewers, relaying
street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and gutters where
such relaying is made necessary by this improvement.
Section 2. That Special Assessments for a portion of
the cost of said LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PHASE II-
SR-5377 S (sideline sewer) shall by levied upon all the lots
and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned
streets, including the following described lots and parcels of
land, and such lots and parcels of land are hereby designated
LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PHASE II-SR-5377
S (sideline sewer). To each of the lots and parcels of land
which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the
following described lots and parcels of land to the property
line of which a sewer lateral or laterals is laid, will be
assessed the cost of that lateral or laterals, under the pro-
visions of Section 56 of the Charter of the City of Miami, as
amended:

Section 3. This IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PHASE II - DT-5377 S (sideline sewer), and the above -described
properties, including all the lots and parcels of land abutting
the streets described in Section 1 hereof against which assess-
ments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder,
shall be designated as LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PHASE II - SR-5377-S (sideline sewer).
