RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ORDE?ING LIBERTY SANITARY
SEWER IM2ROVEMENT PHASE II SR-5377-•C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) AND DESIGNATING THE
PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESS-
MENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE
COST THEREOF AS LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PHASE II DISTRICT SR-5377-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER); AND ALLOCATE FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a sanitary sewer improvement identified
as LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PHASE II SR-5377-C (center-
line sewer) shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of
the Charter of The City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to
consist of:
Laying an 8-inch Vitrified Clay or Cast Iron Pipe Sanitary Sewer
at or near the centerline of:

outfall, connections to existing sewers, relaying street pavement,
sidewalks, and curb and gutters where such relaying is made necessary
by this improvement.
Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost
of said LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PHASE II SR-5377-C (center-
line sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land
which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the following
described lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels of
land are hereby designated LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PHASE
II DISTRICT SR-5377-C (centerline sewer).

Section 3. This IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PHASE II SR-5377-C (centerline sewer), and the above -described
properties, including all the lots and parcels of land abutting the
streets described in Section 1 hereof against which assessments
shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder, shall
be designated as LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PHAS II DISTRICT
SR-5377-C.
Section 4. The amount of $50,000.00 be, and it, is hereby,
allocated from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to cover the cost of
preliminary expenses for said Improvement.
