A RESOLUTION ORDERING NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S
(SIDELINE SEWER) AND DESIGNATING THE
PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE COST
THEREOF AS NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5383-S
(SIDELINE SEWER); AND ALLOCATING FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a Sanitary Sewer Improvement identified
as NORTH BAYSIORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S
(SIDELINE SEWER) shall be made under the provisions of
Section 56 of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended,
said IMPROVEMENT to consist of:
Laying an 8 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at •
or near the West sideline o f :
N. Bayshore Drive from a point 120'± south of N.E.
13 Terr. to N.E. 13 Terr.
paying a 10 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
Dr near the East sideline of:
N. Bayshore Drive from a point 175'- south of
N.E. 14 St. to U.E. 14 St.
Laying a 12 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the West sideline of:
ii. Bayshore Drive from N.E. 13 Terr. to N.E. 14 Terr.
NLaying a 12 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the East sideline of:
N. i3ay.ihore Drive from a point 225' - south of
N.E. 15 St. to N.E. 15 St.
Laying; a 12 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the South sideline of:
i.E. 15 St. from point 75'i East of N. Bayshore
Drive to N. i3ay:.hore Drive.

Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the
cost of said NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5383-S shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of
land which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including
the following described lots and parcels of land, and such
lots and parcels of land are hereby designated NORTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S.
To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the
abovementioned streets, including the following described lots
and parcels of land to the property line of ;which a sewer lateral
or laterals is laid, will be assessed the cost of that lateral
or laterals, under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter
of the City of Miami, as amended:

Section 3. This IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in
all proceedings and assessments at NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S (SIDELINE SEWER),
and the above -described properties, including all the lots
and parcels of land abutting the streets described in
Section 1 hereof against which assessments shall be made
for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder, shall be
designated as NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SR-5383-S (SIDELINE SEWER).
