A RESOLUTION ORDERING NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER), AND DESIGNATING THE
PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE COST
THEREOF AS NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5383-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER); AND ALLOCATING FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a Sanitary Sewer Improvement identified
as NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) shall be made under the provisions of
Section 56 of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended,

said IMPROVEMENT to consist of:
Laying a 12 inch Vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer at
cr near the center line of N.E. 14 Street from Biscayne
Boulevard to North Bayshore Drive.
Laying a 12 inch Vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer at
or near the center line of N.E. 14 Terrace from Biscayne
Boulevard to North Bayshore Drive.
Laying six-inch (6") cast iron pipe laterals, as
required, to the lots and parcels of land which abut
upon the above -mentioned streets, including the lots
and parcels of land described in Section 2 hereof;
together with necessary manholes, other appurtenances,
pump stations, outfall, connections to existing sewers,
relaying street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by this improvement.

Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost
of said NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels
of land which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including
the following described lots and parcels of land, and such lots

and parcels of land are hereby designated NORTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5383-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER).
To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut upon
the above -mentioned streets, including the following
described lots and parcels of land to the property line
of which a sewer lateral or laterals is laid, will be
assessed the average cost of that lateral or laterals,
under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of
the City of Miami, as amended:

Section 3. That the amount of $1,000.00 be, and is hereby
allocated from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to cover the cost
of preliminary expenses for said IMPROVEMENT.
Section 4. This IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-C (CENTERLINE SEWER), and the above -
described properties, including all the lots and parcels of
land abutting the streets described in Section 1 hereof against
which assessments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof,
hereunder, shall be designated as NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5383-C (CENTERLINE SEWER).
