A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION
TO FILL SUBMERGED LAND CONTIGUOUS
TO LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 104S,
BRICKELL ADD AMD (B-113) , LOCATED
AT APPROXIMATELY 1005 SOUTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE, SUBJECT TO SUBMISSION OF A
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REVIEW BY THE
PLANNING DEPARTMENT, SITE ZONED
R-CB (RESIDENCE -OFFICE) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Miami, at its meeting held on May 21, 1973,
passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No.
73-117, recommending granting permission to fill submerged
land, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for permission
to fill submerged land contiguous to Lots 14 and 15, Block
104S, BRICKELL ADD AMD (B-113), located at approximately
1005 South Bayshore Drive, subject to submission of a
Development Plan for review by the Planning Department,
site zoned R-CB (Residence -Office) District, be and the
same is hereby granted.

Applicant: Alex P. Courtelis
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of May 21, 1973, Item #5,
following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-117 by
a 9 to0 vote recommending permission to fill submerged land
contiguous to Lots 14 and 15, Block 104S, BRICKELL ADD AMD (B-113),
located at approximately 1005 South Bayshore Drive, subject to
submission of a Development Plan for review by the Planning Depart-
ment; zoned R-CB (Residence -Office).
No objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for the permission to fill submerged land
has been prepared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for
consideration of the City Commission.
