A RESOLUTION RECONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-238 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-C
(centerline sewer) IN TRACY SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5275-C (centerline sewer).
WHEREAS, the City Commission, on April 19, 1973,
passed Resolution No. 73-238 which ordered a sanitary sewer
improvement entitled TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-C
(centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on May 10, 1973 to hear any
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-238 which
resolution ordered TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-C
(centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, due to the objections of three property owners
affected by this improvement the Commission adopted Resolution No.
73-352 on May 10, 1973 which confirmed Ordering Resolution No.
73-238 and authorized the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids
for the construction of TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-C
(centerline sewer) with the condition that an additional public
hearing be held prior to the implementation of this project; and
WHEREAS, these public hearings have been held by the
Department of Public Works and the objections remain in the same
text as those of the previous hearing held before the Commission
on May 10; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice, another public
hearing was held before the City Commission on June 14, 1973 to
hear any objections to the reconfirmation of Resolution No. 73-238
which resolution ordered TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-C
(centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the reconfirmation of said
sanitary sewer improvement were sustained by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordering Resolution No. 73-238 dated
April 19, 1973 which ordered TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5275-C (centerline sewer) in TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5275-C (centerline sewer) is hereby reconfirmed,
without conditions.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of TRACY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-C (centerline sewer).

SR-5275-C (centerline sewer) in TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5275-C (centerline sewer) is hereby reconfirmed,
without conditions.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of TRACY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-C (centerline sewer).
