A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE APPROPRIATE
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, IN THE PREPARATION OF THE PRELIM-
INARY ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR TRACY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS SR-5275-C AND
SR-5275-S, TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE
FACT THAT SANITARY SEWERS DO EXIST IN POR-
TIONS OF THESE DISTRICTS AT THE PRESENT
TIME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the, appropriate administrative officials of the'
City of Miami be, and they are, hereby requested, in the prepara-
tion of the Preliminary Assessment Rolls for Tracy Sanitary
Sewer Improvement District SR-5275-C and Tracy Sanitary Sewer
Improvement District SR-5275-S, to take into consideration the
fact that sanitary sewers do exist in portions of these districts
at the present time, and to make their recommendations for assess-
ments on the individual parcels of property in these districts
accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1973.
