E. 64TH STREET, FROM R-1 (ONE -FAMILY) DISTRICT TO P-R (PARKS -RECREATION) DISTRICT; AND BY MAKING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871 BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE:III, SECTION 2, THEREOF; AND BY REPEALING ALL LAWS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. . WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting held on March 26, 1973, passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-72, recommending granting a change in zoning classification, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant a change in zoning classification, as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification for Spoil Island lying off N. E. 64th Street from R-1 (One -Family) District to P-R (Parks - Recreation) District; and by making the necessary changes in the zoning district map made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871 by reference and description in Article III, Section 2, thereof. 36 1 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 Section 2. That all laws, or parts of laws, in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed inso.:ar as the above described land is involved. Section 3. It is declared to be the legislative intent of this body that if any section, subsection, sentence, phrase or provisiion of this Ordinance is held invalid, the remainder of the Ordinance shall not be affected. E. 63rd Street and Biscayne Bay, from R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) to R-3 (Low Density Multiple): and Resolution No. 73-74, by a 5 to 4 vote, recommending a Change of Zoning Classification of Lots 1 and 2 and that portion of Lot 3 lying south of the extension of N.
