A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TOTAL BID LESS
ITEMS 2 AND ALTERNATE 19 RECEIVED MAY 22, 1973
OF RAYBRO ELECTRIC SUPPLY FOR THE FURNISHING
AND DELIVERING OF MATERIALS FOR THE CITY OWNED
PARKING LOTS - LIGHTING - 1973 AT AN ESTIMATED
COST OF $21, 799 .36 ; ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF
$24,400 FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND - UNALLOCATED FUNDS" AND
DIRECTING THAT A PURCHASE ORDER BE ISSUED
THEREFOR
WHEREAS, bids were received on May 22, 1973 for the
furnishing and delivering of :materials for CITY OWNED PARKING
LOTS - LIGHTIi ;g - 1973: and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of S24,4 ]() aro available for
allocation from the account entitled "Capi%1 Improvement Fund -
Unallocated Funds": and
WHEREAS, the City :lanager reports that the total bid less
items 2 and Alternate 19 of Raybro Electric Supply is the lowest
bid (acceptable) and recommends that said bid be accepted.

CITY OI' MIAMI, FLORIDA
Section 1. That the total bid less items 2 and Alternate
19 of Raybro Electric Supply for furnishing and deliverina of
r.,aterials for the CITY OWNED PARKING LOTS - LIGHTIN; - 1973 in the
estimated amount of S21,799.36 be, and the same is hereby, accepted
at the price stated therein.
Section 2. That the amount of $24,400 be, and it is hereby,
