A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACTION TAKEN BY
THE CITY MANAGER IN THE SUBMISSION OF A
FEDERAL GRANT APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT
OF JUSTICE, LAW ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION,
TO IMPLEMENT A PROJECT ENTITLED "PSYCHIATRIC
CONSULTANT"; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT THE GRANT AND EXECUTE
ALL CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS NECESSARY TO
IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
F LOR IDA :
Section 1. That the action taken by the City Manager
in the submission of a Federal Grant Application to the
Department of Justice, Law Enforcement Administration, to
implement a project entitled "Psychiatric Consultant", is
hereby approved and authorized.
Section 2. The City Manager is further authorized to
accept the Grant and execute contracts and agreements neces-
sary to implement the project.
