A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
FORTE PLAZA, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
PLAT. •
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board and
the Department of Public Works have recommended the
acceptance of the Plat; and
WHEREAS, on December 20, 1971, the City Commission
passed and adopted Resolution No. 43084 closing for public
use the east -west and north -south alleys west of easterly
property lines of Lots 14 and 25, Block 2, POINT VIEW
AMENDED, Plat Book 2, Page 93, located east of Brickell
Avenue, between S. E. 14th Street and 14th Terrace, in
conjunction with Tenative Plat #804 designated as "FORTE PLAZA".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Plat entitled FORTE PLAZA,
being a replat of Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,
24 and 25 of Block 2 of POINT VIEW AMENDED, P.B. 2, P. 93,
Section 39, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami,
Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof
as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown
thereon together with all existing and future plantings, trees
and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the
public be, and the same are, hereby accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami, Florida.

Section 2. That except for the construction of
hose improvements provided for in the Agreement entered into
between the Owner and the Director of the Department of Public
Works on behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, dated
February 6, 1973, the requirements of Chapter 54, Section
54-20, Code of the City of Miami, Florida and State law
as to improvements to be made in subdivisions be and they
are hereby expressly waived.
Section 3. That of all other requirements of State
law concerning the posting of a Performance Bond for the
construction of improvements, that portion pertaining to the
maintenance of said improvements be and it is hereby expressly
waived.
Section 4. That the requirements of State law
concerning the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the
Plat be and they are hereby expressly waived.
Section 5. That the City Manager and the City Clerk,
both of the City of Miami, Florida, be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Plat.
