RESOLUTION No.. 7 a
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION
OF FLORIDA CONCRETE CONTRACTORS FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF S.E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4356
IN S.E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SK-4356 AT A TOTAL COST OF $7,331.10 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $733.11.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated February 1, 1973
between the City of Miami and Florida Concrete Contractors for the
construction of S. E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4356; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Florida Concrete Contractors has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City
Commission on May 24, 1973 to hear any objections to the completed
improvements and no objections were sustained; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Florida
Concrete Contractors under contract dated February 1, 1973 for the
construction of S.E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4356 in

S.E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SK-4356 be accepted
at a total cost of $7,331.10.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay Florida Concrete Contractors
a balance of $733.11 as full and final payment for all work per-
formed and all materials furnished in connection with the contract
for S.E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4356 in S.E. 15 ROAD
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SK-4356.�,,/
