PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION: "APPROVAL"
Metropolitan Dade County does not plan to convert
N. W. 35th Street and N. W. 36th Street to a one-way
parallel pair. The zoned street width of N. W. 35th
Street should be, therefore, reduced to a minimum of
50 feet.

Hearing, based upon the recommendation of the Traffic Division of
Dade County, and our Public Works Department.
Mr. Alfonso: Move it.
Mrs. Callahan: Second.
Mr. Martinez: It has been moved and seconded. Discussion on
Item #12? None. Call the roll.
Mr. Alfonso offered the following resolution, and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-77
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING PETITION TO REDUCE
THE ZONED STREET WIDTH OF N. W. 35TH STREET
FROM 60' TO 50' BY THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XXV:
DELETE PARAGRAPH (48), 35TH STREET, N. W.,
FROM NORTH MIAMI AVENUE

Upon being seconded by Mrs. Callahan, this resolution was passed
and adopted by the following vote:
