A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE METROPOLITAN
TRANSIT AUTHORITY TO EXTEND THE HOURS FOR SENIOR
CITIZENS TO RIDE METROPOLITAN TRANSIT BUSES AT
REDUCED FARES AND TO RESTRICT THE PASSENGERS WHO
AVAIL THEMSELVES OF THIS SERVICE TO RESIDENTS
OF DADE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA;
That the Metropolitan Transit Authority is hereby
requested'to extend the hours for senior citizens to ride
Metropolitan. Transit buses at reduced fares and to restrict
the passengers who avail themselves of this service to
residents of Dade County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of May, 1973.
