RESOLUTION NO 73-.?44
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS RECEIVED ON
APRIL 30, 1973 FOR THE 1973 INITIAL PURCHASE
OF POLICE AND GENERAL POOL VEHICLE RE-
PLACEMENTS FROM FUNDS AVAILABLE IN THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PROPERTIES; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS
THEREFOR IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $ 222. 136. 22.
WHEREAS, City Bid No. 72-73-85 was received April 30, 1973 by
the Department of Public Properties for 1973 initial purchase of Police and
General Pool Replacement Vehicles for the Department of Public Properties,
Motor Pool Division; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the 1972-73 Budget
of the Department of Public Properties, Motor Pool Replacement Reserve
Account; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the City Manager that the
bids hereinafter set forth are the best bids (acceptable) and that these awards
be made to the said companies at this time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following bids received April 30, 1973 for the
1973 initial purchase of Police and General Pool replacement vehicles for
the Department of Public Properties, Motor Pool Division, be and the same
are hereby accepted at the prices stated herein:
