A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED
APRIL 9, 1973 OF FITZGERALD ENGINEERING
CO,, INC., IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF
$6175.00, FOR THE N.W. 17 AVENUE T.V.
INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROJECT - 1973;
ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $6916.00 FROM
THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "SANITARY SEWER BOND
FUND"; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received April 9, 1973 for the
N.W. 17 AVENUE T.V. INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROJECT - 1973;
and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $6916.00 are available
for allocation from the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer Bond
Fund"; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Fitzgerald Enginnering Co., Inc. in the amount of $6175.00
is the only bid, and it is acceptable, and recommends that
contract be awarded to said company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Fitzgerald Engineering Co.,
Inc. received April 9, 1973 for the N.W. 17 AVENUE T.V.
INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROJECT - 1973, namely Items 2 thru 6
only of Proposal, based on unit prices, at a total estimated
cost of $6175.00 be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $6916.00 is hereby
allocated from the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund".

Section 3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City
of Miami for the N.W. 17 AVENUE T.V. INSPECTION AND REPAIR
PROJECT - 1973.
