A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXPLORE THE SOURCES OF ANY POSSIBLE
FUNDS WHICH MIGHT BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE PURPOSE
OF GRANTING AN INCREASE IN THE EXISTING PENSIONS OF
RETIRED EMPLOYEES AND TO REPORT BACK TO THE CITY
COMMISSION ON MAY 24,1973 ON THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY
SUCH FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to explore the sources of any possible funds which
might be made available for the purpose of granting an increase
in the existing pensions of retire employees and to report back
to the City Commission on May 24,1973 on the availability of
any such funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May,1973.
