W. 22ND COURT, WITH A 13' SIDE STREET SETBACK (15' REQ©IRED),SITE ZONED R-2 (TWO-FAMILY) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting on April 9, 1973, passed and adopted by a 7 to 1 vote its Resolution No. 73-86, recommending granting a variance from Ordinance No. 6871, Article VI, Section 3(2), as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami to grant this variance requested on the ground that due to peculiar circumstances affecting this parcel of land practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships would impair the owner's rights to some reasonable use of the property under a R-2 (Two -Family) District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application for a variance from Ordinance No. 6871, Article VI, Section 3(2), to permit construction of an additional single family residence on Lot 30, Block 4, GLENHAVEN (6-78), located west of 2934 N. W. 22nd Court, with a 13' side street setback (15' required) „ site zoned R-2 (Two -Family) District be and the same is hereby granted. Section 2. This variance shall become null and void unless the use is commenced within six months of the effective date of this Resolution. Durante The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of April 9, 1973, Item #3, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-86 by a 7 to 1 vote recommending Variance from Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE VI, Section 3 (2), to permit construction of an additional single family residence on Lot 30, Block 4, GLENHAVEN (6-78), located west of 2934 N. W. 22nd Court, with a 13' side street set- back (15' required); zoned R-2 (Two -Family). One objection was received in the mail.
