A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-238, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5275 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) IN TRACY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5275 C (CENTER-
LINE SEWER).. FURTHER CONDITIONED UPON A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE AFFECTED NEIGHBORHOOD
PRIOR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROJECT
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of April 19,
1973, Resolution No. 73-238 was passed which ordered a
Sanitary Sewer Improvement identified as TRACY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice, a public hear-
ing was held before the City Commission on May 10, 1973,
as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No.
73-238, which resolution ordered TRACY SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-5275 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
Sanitary Sewer Improvement were sustained by the Commission
and it is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm
said ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of said
Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordering Resolution No. 73-238, dated
April 19, 1973, which ordered TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5275 C (centerline sewer) in TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SR-5275 C (centerline sewer), be and the same
is hereby confirmed.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of TRACY
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275 C (centerline sewer).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of May , 1973.
Section 3. Further conditioned upon a public hearing
to be held in the affected neighborhood prior to the imple-
mentation of this project.

Honed streets, including the lets and parcels of land de-
scribed in Section 2 hereof, together with necessary man-
holes, other appurtenances, pump stations, Outten, connec-
tions to existing sewers, relaying street pavement, side:
walks, and curb and gutters where such relaying is made
necessary by this improvement.
Special Assessments for a portion of the cost of said
TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROV EMENT SR•52/5•C (centerline
sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of sand which abut
upon the above -mentioned streets, including the lots and parcels 01
land described below. and such lots and parcels of Land are hereby
designated TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROV EMENT DISTRICT
SR-5275•C (centerine tewerl.
To each of the lets and parcels 01 land which shut sloth the
abeve•menlioned streets. including the following described Tots and
parcels of land to the property line 01 which a sewer lateral or laterals
is laid, will be assessed the average cost of that taterat er laterals,
under the provisions of Section S6 of the Charter of the City of Miami,
as amended:
