A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ACTION OF THE CITY
MANAGER IN HIRING DR. LAWRENCE A. TOTO TO SERVE
IN THE CAPACITY OF CITY PHYSICIAN
WHEREAS, the former City Physician, Dr. C. A. Scarborough,
terminated his services with the City on March 30, 1973; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Lawrence A. Toto, M. D. , has agreed to serve
the City in the capacity of City Physician at the annual salary of $30, 000
per year effective April 16, 1973.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the action taken by the City Manager in hiring
Dr. Lawrence A. Toto at the annual salary of $30, 000 per year effective
April 16, 1973 is hereby confirmed.
