ARTMENT OF LAW, DEPARTMENT DIRECTORS, ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT DIRECTORS, POLICE MAJORS, CHIEF -FIRE PREVENTION, FIRE TRAINING DIRECTOR, INTERNAL AUD- ITOR, ASSISTANT INTERNAL AUDITOR AND PURCHASING AGENT AND PROPERTY MANAGER; DECREEING THIS ORD- INANCE TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE; DISPENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF READING SAME ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN FOUR -FIFTHS OP THB MEMBERS OF THB COMMISSION; REPEALING ALL LAWS OR PARTS OP LAWS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
