A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CRITERIA SET FORTH BY
THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND PLAN FOR THE
QUALIFICATION AND SELECTION OF AN INVESTMENT
COUNSEL FOR SAID RETIREMENT SYSTEM WITH THE
EXCEPTION OF THE PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN RESO-
LUTION NO. 73-344 PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS DATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That the criteria set forth by the Investment
Committee of the City of Miami Employees Retirement
System and Plan for the qualification and selection of an
investment counsel for said Retirement System with the
exception of the provisions set forth in Resolution
No. 73-344, passed and adopted this date, be and it
is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April,1973.
