A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE POLICY OF THE
COMMISSION THAT THE MATTER OF NAMING THE
PROPOSED PARK ALONG THE MIAMI RIVER IN
THE LATIN AREA OF THE CITY BE CONSIDERED
AT A PUBLIC BEARING TO BE HELD AFTER THE
ACQUISITION OF SAID PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the policy of the City Commission be, and it is,
that the matter of naming the proposed park • along the Miami
River in the Latin area of the City be considered at a public
hearing to be held after the acquisition of said property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April , 1973.
