A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE POLICY OF THE COMMISSION
THAT AS VACANCIES OCCUR IN THE EMPLOY OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, EXECUTIVE CATEGORIES, THE CITY MANAGER
SHALL INFORM THE CITY COMMISSION THE EXTENT OF
HIS EFFORTS TO FILL THESE VACANCIES WITH WOMEN
AND OR MEMBERS OF MINORITY GROUPS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That it is the policy of the Commission that as
vacancies occur in the employ of the City of Miami,
executive categories, the City Manager shall inform the
City Commission the extent of his efforts to fill these
vacancies with women and or members of minority groups
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of Apri1,1973.
