A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINDINGS AND
COMPLETED WORK OF STANFORD RESEARCH
INSTITUTE AS PROVIDED THROUGH AGREEMENT
DATED APRIL 11, 1972, AS AUTHORIZED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 43261 ALL OF WHICH CONSTITUTES
PHASE I OF THE MANAGEMENT STUDY FOR THE
MODERNIZATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the findings and completed work of Stanford
Research Institute as provided through Agreement, dated April 11, 1972, as
authorized by Resolution No. 43261, all of which constitutes Phase 1 of the
Management Study for the Modernization of the Department of Police, be,
and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24 day of ► 1973.
