RESOLUTION NO. 73
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED APRIL 17,
1973 OF DELTA PAINTING CORP IN THE ESTIMATED
AMOUNT OF $19,050 FOR THE ORANGE BOWL PRESS BOX -
WATERPROOFING - 1973; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR
WHEREAS, bids were received April 17, 1973 for the
ORANGE BOWL PRESS BOX - WATERPROOFING - 1973; and
WHEREAS, funds to cover the cost of this and other work
were appropriated by Ordinance No. 8140, adopted February 22,
1973; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Delta Painting Corp. in the amount of $19,050 is the
lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contrace be awarded
to said company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Delta Painting Corp.
received April 17, 1973 for the ORANGE BOWL PRESS BOX -
WATERPROOFING - 1973, namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on
lump sum bid, at a total estimated cost of $ 19,050 be
accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into a contract in behalf of
the City of Miami for the ORANGE BOWL PRESS BOX - WATERPROOFING -
1973. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 0.11o//'�
