RESOLUTION NO. ♦ 3 '3 2
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED APRIL 20,
1973 OFM.R.HARRISON CONST.CORP.IN THE ESTIMATED
AMOUNT OF $ 116,200 FOR THE ORANGE BOWL - PAINT-
ING AND MAINTENANCE - S. E. QUADRANT - 1973; AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
THEREFOR
WHEREAS, bids were received April 20, 1973 for the
ORANGE BOWL - PAINTING AND MAINTENANCE - S. E. QUADRANT - 1973;
and
WHEREAS, funds to cover the cost of this and other work
were appropriated by Ordinance No. 8140, adopted February 22,
1973; and
WHEREAS, the City.Manager reports that the bid of M.R.
Harrison Const.Corp. in the amount of $116,200 is the
lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded
to said company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
Section 1. That the bid of M.R.Harrison Const.Corp.
received April 20,
MAINTENANCE - S. E
based on lump sum
be accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and
authorized and directed to enter into a contract
1973 for the ORANGE BOWL - PAINTING AND
2A, 3,4,5,Additive A & Additive
. QUADRANT - 1973, namely Items IA/ of Proposal,
bid, at a total estimated cost of $ 116,200
he is hereby,
in behalf of
the City of Miami for the ORANGE BOWL - PAINTING AND MAINTENANCE -
S. E. OUADRANT - 1973.
