A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK OF
PEERSON AUDIO, INC., FOR THE ORANGE BOWL -
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM - PURCHASE AND INSTAL-
LATION OF COMPONENTS - 1972 AT A TOTAL COST OF
$67,869.62 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$10,076.30
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Peerson Audio, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have
been paid in full in connection with the contract dated June
1, 1972 between the City of Miami and Peerson Audio, Inc.
for the ORANGE BOWL - PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM - PURCHASE AND
INSTALLATION OF COMPONENTS - 1972, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
Peerson Audio, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Peerson
Audio, Inc. under the contract dated June 1, 1972 for the
ORANGE BOWL - PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM - PURCHASE AND INSTALLA-
TION OF COMPONENTS - 1972 is hereby accepted at a total cost
of $67,869.62.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Peerson Audio, Inc.
a balance of $10,076.30 as full and final payment for all
work performed and all materials furnished in connection
with the contract for the ORANGE BOWL - PUBLIC ADDRESS
