A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION
OF S.E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4356
IN S.E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SK-4356.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Florida
Concrete Contractors has completed the construction of sidewalk
improvements designated as S.E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
SK-4356; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of
a notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance thereof
by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk is authorized and directed
to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the City of Miami,
Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City Commission to be
held at a certain day and hour, to be determined by the City Clerk,
the Commission will hold a public hearing to hear any objections by
persons interested or affected by S.E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
SK-4356 as to the acceptance of the completed construction.
