A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
LISA ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND
ACCEPTING A COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE
LAND POSTPONING THE IMMEDIATE CONSTRUCTION
OF FULL WIDTH PAVEMENT AND STANDARD CURB
AND GUTTER; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board and
the Department of Public Works have recommended the
acceptance of the plat; and
WHEREAS, it was recommended that the developers
of LISA ESTATES execute a covenant to run with the land
postponing the immediate construction of full width
pavement and standard curb and gutter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FL OR I DA :
Section 1. That the Plat entitled LISA ESTATES,
being a subdivision of Lots 4 and 5 and a portion of Lot 6,
LINCOLN PARK, Plat Book 6, Page 163, and being in a portion
of the N. W. 1/4 of the S. E. 1/4 Section 26, Township 53
South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida,
which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully
incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon
together with all existing and future plantings, trees and
shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the
public be, and the same are, hereby accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami, Florida.

Section 2. That except for the construction of
those improvements provided for in the Agreement entered into
between the Owner and the Director of the Department of
8 Public Works on behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, dated
9 March 19, 1973, the requirements of Chapter 54, Section 54-20,
10 Code of the City of Miami, Florida and State law as to
11 improvements to be made in subdivisions be, and the same
12 are, hereby expressly waived.
13 Section 3. That the covenant to run with the land
14 executed by Norberto Hernandez and Matilde Hernandez, his
15 wife, postponing the immediate construction of full width
16 pavement and standard curb and gutter until such time as
17 required by the Department of Public Works of the City of
18 Miami, Florida, be and the same is, hereby accepted and
1`.9 recorded after the plat has been recorded in the Public
20 Records of Dade County, Florida.
21 Section 4. That of all other requirements of
22 State law concerning the posting of a Performance Bond
23 for the construction of improvements, that portion pertaining
24 to the maintenance of said improvements be, and the same
25 is hereby expressly waived.
26 Section 5. That the requirements of State law
27 concerning the showing of grades of rights -of -way on
28 the Plat be, and the same are hereby expressly waived.

Section 6. That the City Manager and the
City Clerk, both of the City of Miami, Florida, be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the Plat.
