A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $1,350.00
FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE PROPER ACCOUNT
TO ENABLE THE CITY MANAGER TO CONTINUE WITH AN
INVESTIGATION OF ALLEGED ABUSES TO THE RETIRE-
MENT SYSTEM BY CERTAIN FORMER CITY EMPLOYEES
PRESENTLY RETIRED ON DISABILITY PENSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI , FLORIDA:
That the sum of $1,350.00 be transferred from the
contingency fund to the proper account to enable the
City Manager to continue with an investigation of
alleged abuses to the retirement system by certain
former City employees presently retired on disability
pension, and to employ the Retail Credit Company to
assist in this investigation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Apri1,1973•
