A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED APRIL 17, 1973
OF ANCHOR POST PRODUCTS INC. OF FLORIDA, IN THE ESTIMATED
AMOUNT OF $ 6,184 FOR THE MUNICIPAL SHOPS; ALLOCATING
THE AMOUNT OF $ 6,184 FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED
"CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND - UNALLOCATED FUNDS"; AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
THEREFOR
WHEREAS, bids were received April 17, 1973 for the MUNICIPAL
SHOPS & INCINERATOR PARKING LOTS FENCING; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $ 6,184 are available for
allocation from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund -
Unallocated Funds. "
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Anchor Post
Products Inc. of Florida in the estimated amount of $6, 184 is the lowest
bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded to said
company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
Section 1. That the bid of Anchor Post Products Inc. of Florida
received April 17, 1973 for the MUNICIPAL SHOPS & INCINERATOR
PARKING LOTS FENCING , namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on lump
sum bid, at a total estimated cost of $ 6, 184 be accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $6, 184 be allocated from the account
entitled "Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds."
Section 3. That the City Manager be authorized and directed to
enter into a contract in behalf of the City of Miami for the MUNICIPAL
SHOPS & INCINERATOR PARKING LOTS FENCING.
