A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
MARCH 20, 1973 OF TRECK PHOTOGRAPHIC, INC.
FOR FURNISHING CAMERAS AND ACCESSORIES
FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AT A TOTAL
COST OF $3,048.85; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING DIVISION
TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER THEREFOR, AFTER
FIRST DETERMINING THAT FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.

WHEREAS, bids were received March 20, 1973 for furnish-
ing cameras and accessories for use by the Police Depart-
ment; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Treck Photographic, Inc., at a total cost of $3,048.85, is
the lowest and best bid (acceptable) and recommends that
contract be awarded to said company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Treck Photographic, Inc.
received.March 20, 1973 for furnishing cameras and a-cessor-
ies for use by the Police Department, at a total colt of
$3,048.85, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
instruct the Purchasing Division to issue a purchase order
for the items specified in Section 1 hereof, after first
determining that funds are available.
