E. 9TH STREET AND 11TH TERRACE. WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting held on April 9, 1973, passed and adopted by a 8 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-83, recommending granting permission to fill submerged land, as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application for permission to fill submerged land contiguous to unplatted site known as Bicentennial Park (Old Port Site), located east of Biscayne Boulevard between N.E. 9th Street and llth Terrace, be and the same is hereby granted. E. 9th Street and llth Terrace UNPLATTED Applicant: City of Miami The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of April 9, 1973, Item #1, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-83 by an 8 to 0 vote (one member absent), recommending permission to fill submerged land contiguous to UNPLATTED - Known as Bicentennial Park (Old Port Site), located East of Biscayne Boulevard between N. E. 9th Street and llth Terrace. No objections were received in the mail.
