A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE N.S. 1ST PLACE FROM N. E. 79TH STREET TO N.E. 80TH TERRACE; AND THE EAST -WEST ALLEY RUNNING 112' WEST OF SAID PLACE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH TENTATIVE PLAT #857 - "LITTLE RIVER CENTER", SUBJECT TO RE- LOCATION, ALTERATION OR INSTALLATION OF ANY UTILITIES AND EASEMENTS, AND SUBJECT TO RECORDING FORMAL PLAT. Al • 4 e 41/ WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting held on March 12, 1973, passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-45, recommending the closing, vacating, abandoning and dis- continuing for public use N.E. 1st Place from N.E. 79th Street to N.E. 80th Terrace and the East-West Alley running 112' West of said place, as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That N. E. 1st Place from N. E. 79th Street to N. E. 80th Terrace and the East-West Alley running 112' west of said place, in accordance with Tentative Plat #857 - "LITTLE RIVER CENTER", subject to relocation, alteration or installation of any utilities and easemehts, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and discontinued for public use, subject to recording formal plat. E. 80th Terrace; and of East-West Alley running 112' west of said Place, in accordance with Tentative Plat #857 - "LITTLE RIVER CENTER" Applicant: First State Bank The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of March 12, 1973, Item #4 (a), following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-45 by a 9 to 0 vote recommending official vacation and closure of N. E. 1st Place from N. E. 79th Street to N. E. 80th Terrace; and of East-West Alley running 112' west of said Place, in accord- ance with Tentative Plat #857 - "LITTLE RIVER CENTER". No objections were received in the mail. A RESOLUTION to provide for this Street and Alley Closure has been prepared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for considera- tion of the City Commission.
