A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
FEBRUARY 14, 1973, OF FOTOMART, INC.,
FOR FURNISHING ASSORTED PHOTOGRAPHIC
EQUIPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE
PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS, AS REQUIRED,
AFTER FIRST HAVING DETERMINED THAT FUNDS
ARE AVAILABLE.
WHEREAS, bids were received on February 14, 1973 by
the City Manager and City Clerk for furnishing assorted photo-
graphic equipment for the City of Miami Police Department, of
the type and prices listed below; and
,WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Fotomart, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and recommends that
the same be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received on February 14, 1973 of
Fotomart, Inc., for furnishing assorted photographic equipment
for the City of Miami Police Department of the following type
and prices indicated below:

Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to instruct the Purchasing Agent of the City of Miami to
issue purchase orders for the purchasing of the items described
in Section 1 above, after first having determined that funds are
available.
