A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF JOHN OLON
RECEIVED ON FEBRUARY 22, 1973 FOR FURNISHING
260,000 LEAD PISTOL BULLETS FOR USE BY THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT AT A TOTAL COST OF $2,210.00;
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT TO ISSUE A
PURCHASE ORDER THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received on February 22, 1973 for
furnishing 260,000 lead pistol bullets for use by the
Police Department. and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of
John Olon, received on February 22, 1973, at a total cost
of $2,210.00 be accepted as the bid most advantageous to
the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of John Olon, received on February
22, 1973, for furnishing 260,000 lead pistol bullets for use
by the Police Department at a total cost of $2,210.00 is
hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized and dir-
ected to instruct the purchasing agent to issue a purchase
order therefor.
