RESOLUTION NO. 73 -1-243
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
MARCH 2, 1973 FROM LEE OFFSET COMPANY
FOR FURNISHING 100,000 FOUR-COLOR
BROCHURES AND RE -RUNS FOR USE BY THE
PUBLICITY DEPARTMENT, AT A TOTAL COST
OF $7,112.00; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING DIVI-
SION TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received by the City Manager and
the City Clerk on March 2, 1973, for furnishing 100,000
four-color brochures and re -runs for the Publicity Depart-
ment; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of
LEE OFFSET COMPANY is the lowest bid (acceptable) and
recommends that said bid be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of LEE OFFSET COMPANY for
furnishing 100,000 four-color brochures and re -runs, for
use by the Publicity Department, at a total cost of $7,112.00
be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
instruct the Purchasing Division of the City of Miami to issue
purchase order therefor.
