A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
FEBRUARY 21, 1973, OF CRIMINAL RESEARCH
PRODUCTS, INC., FOR FURNISHING FIVE (5)
CRIME SCENE SEARCH KITS, AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO IN-
STRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS, AS
REQUIRED, AFTER FIRST HAVING DETERMINED
THAT FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
WHEREAS, bids were received on February 21, 1973 by
the City Manager and City Clerk for furnishing five (5) crime
scene search kits for the City of Miami Police Department, at
a total cost of $i,770.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Criminal Research Products, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and recommends that the same be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received February 21, 1973 of
Criminal Research Products, Inc., for furnishing five (5)
crime scene search kits for the City of Miami Police Department
at a total cost of $1,770.00, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to instruct the Purchasing Agent of the City of Miami to
issue purchase orders for the purchasing of the item described in
Section 1 above, after first having determined that funds are
avaiiablea
