A RESOLUTION GRANTING FREE USE OF
THE MARINE STADIUM BY THE MARINE
COUNCIL OF GREATER MIAMI ON JUNE 2, .
1973.
. WHEREAS, the City of Miami co-sponsors with the Marine
Council of Greater Miami for the purpose of presenting an annual event
known as the "Sea Circus"; and
WHEREAS, this event has been conducted for the past ten years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Commission of the City of Miami confirms
granting of the use of the Marine Stadium by the Marine Council of Greater
Miami on June 2, 1973, providing that said organization shall obtain
liability insurance in such amounts and with such carriers as the City
Manager deems appropriate for the protection of the City.
