A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
THE FIRM OF TOUCHE ROSS & CO. FOR THE EXTERNAL
AUDIT OF THE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS, RECORDS AND
FISCAL AFFAIRS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1973.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF. MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with the firm of
Touche Ross & Co. for the external audit of the financial accounts,
records and fiscal affairs of the City of Miami for the fiscal
year ending September 30, 1973. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1?
