A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK OF
C. A. DAVIS, INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
MOORE PARK - TENNIS CENTER - 1972, AT A TOTAL
COST OF $78,514.60.

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated September 13,
1972 between the City of Miami and C. A. Davis, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and C. A. Davis, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc. have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
C. A. Davis, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by C. A.
Davis, Inc. under contract dated September 13, 1972 for the
construction of MOORE PARK - TENNIS CENTER - 1972, be and
the same is hereby accepted at a total cost of $78,514.60.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized and directed to pay C. A. Davis,
Inc. a balance of $8,277.16 as full and final payment for all
work performed and all materials furnished in connection with
the contract for the construction of MOORE PARK - TENNIS
CENTER - 1972.
