RESOLUTION NO. 73 --zed
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
OF FLORIDA UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, INC. FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF CRYSTAL STORM SEWER
PROJECT - 1972 AT A TOTAL COST OF $141 726.44;
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $19,848.44.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 25, 1972 be-
tween the City of.Miami and Florida Underground Utilities, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, the work has en satisfactorily completed and
Florida Underground Utilities, Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.,
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to Florida
Underground Utilities, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Florida
Underground Utilities, Inc. under contract dated May 25, 1972 for
the construction of CRYSTAL STORM SEWER PROJECT - 1972 be accepted
at a total cost of $141,726.44.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay Florida Underground
Utilities, Inc. a balance of $19,848.44 as full and final payment

for all work performed and all materials furnished in connection
with the contract for CRYSTAL STORM SEWER PROJECT - 1972.
