A RESOLUTION AUTHQRIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO PAY TO STANLEY R. AVERY,
WITHOUT THE ADMISSION OF LIABILITY, THE
SUM OF $61.76 IN FULL AND COMPLETE
SETTLEMENT OF ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST
THE CITY OF MIAMI, UPON THE EXECUTION OF A
RELEASE RELEASING THE CITY OF MIAMI FROM ALL
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, STANLEY R. AVERY filed a claim against the
City of Miami for damage incurred in the amount of $61.76
when his automobile struck a hole in the pavement of N. W.
9th Street at or near N. W. 45th Avenue, in the City of
Miami, on October 16, 1972; and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the office
of the City Attorney and said office recommends that this
claim be settled for the sum of $61.76;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the

hereby authorized to pay to STANLEY R. AVERY, without the
admission of liability, the sum of $61.76 in full and complete
settlement of all claims and demands against the City of
Miami, upon the execution of a release releasing the City
of Miami from all claims and demands.
