RESOLUTION NO. 73 "` 2 9/
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK OF
HOLLAND PAVING CO., INC. FOR THE WESTERN
DRAINAGE PROJECT E-26 AT A TOTAL COST OF
$165,718.00 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT
OF $16,571.80
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Holland Paving Co., Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the contract
dated July 25, 1972 between the City of Miami and Holland
Paving Co., Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
Holland Paving Co., Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Holland
Paving Co., Inc. under contract dated July 25, 1972 for the
construction of WESTERN DRAINAGE PROJECT E-26 is hereby
accepted at a total cost of $165,718.00.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Holland Paving
Co., Inc. a balance of $16,571.80 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in con-
nection with the contract for the construction of WESTERN
DRAINAGE PROJECT E-26.
