A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED CON-
STRUCTION OF INTERCOUNTY CONSTRUCTION
CORPORATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MUSA
ISLE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5308-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) IN MUSA ISLE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5308-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER), AT A TOTAL COST OF
$1,082,847.15, AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $112,218.49.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated December 8, 1971
between the City of Miami and Intercounty Construction Cor-
poration for the construction of MUSA ISLE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5308-C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Intercounty Construction Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid con-
tract; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Com-
mission on January 25, 1973 to hear any objections to the
completed improvements and no objections were sustained; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, F LOR IDA :
Section 1. That the completed work performed by
Intercounty Construction Corp. under contract dated December 8,
1971 for the construction of MUSA ISLE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5308-C (centerline sewer) in MUSA I -SANITARY SEWER

IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5308-C (centerline sewer) be, and
the same is accepted at a total cost of $1,082,847.15.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized and directed to pay Intercounty
Construction Corporation a balance of $112,218.49 as full
and final payment for all work performed and all materials
furnished in connection with the contract for MUSA ISLE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5308-C (centerline sewer) in
MUSA ISLE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5308-C
(centerline sewer).
