A RESOLUTION ORDERING TRACY SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-S (SIDELINE SEWER) AND
DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE
COST 'THEREOF AS TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SR-5275-S.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. A sanitary sewer improvement identified as TRACY
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-S (sideline
made
sewer) shall be
under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of the
City of
Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to
consist of:
Laying a 10-inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary
Sewer at or near the sideline of:

Laying 6-inch cast iron pipe laterals, as required to
the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above -
mentioned streets, including the lots and parcels of
land described in Section 2 hereof; together with
necessary manholes, other appurtenances, pump stations,
outfall, connections to existing sewers, relaying
street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and gutters where
such relaying is made necessary by this improvement.
Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost
of said TRACY SANITARY IMPROVEMENT SR-5275-S (sideline sewer)
shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which

abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the lots and
parcels of land described in Section 3, and such lots and parcels
of land are hereby designated TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5275-S.
To each of the lots and parcels of land which
abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the following
described lots and parcels of land to the property line of which
a sewer lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed the cost
of that lateral or laterals, under the provisions of Section 56
of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended:

Section 3, This IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5275-S (sideline sewer), and the above -described properties,
including all the lots and parcels of land abutting the streets
described in Section 1 hereof against which assessments shall be
made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder, shall be
designated as TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5275-S
(sideline sewer).
