SECURITY GOUP INC. dbs/GOLDEN SECURITY GUARD hereinafter referred to as "PS" hereby mutually agree to the following: PURPOSE: the purpose of this agreement is to establish a continuing relationship that is cooperative and confidential in nature to help provide the CLIENT with a system of protection for its assets and employees against certain hazards.
