works with the City to provide housing and support to people living with HIV/AIDS.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Gallery at Lummus Parc will be new construction of a multifamily building with a total of 398 units of which 80 units will be city assisted.
The property is located at 395 NW 1 St, Miami, FL.

JOINDER BY MORTGAGEE
The undersigned CITY OF MIAMI, a municipal corporation ("Mortgagee"), as
mortgagee under that certain Leasehold Mortgage and Security Agreement for Gallery at Lummus
Parc, LLC, made by Gallery at Lummus Parc, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, to
Mortgagee dated May 26, 2026, recorded June 1, 2026, in Official Records Book 35329, Page 318,
of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, covering the property described in the
foregoing Workforce Housing Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Workforce Housing
Agreement (the "Declaration"), does hereby acknowledge that the terms of the Declaration are and
shall be binding upon the undersigned and its successors in title and interest.
